Pre Purchase

• Are you associated with other sites on the internet that look similar?

  • Yes vinylcutgraphic.com, thegraphicsboat.co.uk, horseboxgraphics.co.uk and caravangraphics.com are all trading names of Vinyl Cut Graphics

• Are the colours shown on the guide the same as what I will get?

  • Due to computer screen limitations, there will be a variation in colour - if you are trying to achieve a colour match, please request a sample.

• Can I have a product made to a size not listed on the site?

  • Yes (subject to technical limitations) contact us with the product name and size.

• Can I install vinyl on a freshly painted vehicle?

  • We recommend waiting a minimum of 30 days for the paint to cure fully prior to installing vinyl graphics.

• Can I order by phone - I don't like using the internet

  • Yes of course - simply call us, noting the product names and sizes required beforehand.

• Do 2 colour graphics (shadowed) come in two layers? I've heard they can be hard to fit.

  • Unlike most companies, we pre-layer our graphics so you do not have to struggle to align two or more layers. 

• Do you have a colour guide?

  • Our colours are what we would call 'standard' colour shades, which have been chosen by our customers, driven by feedback received over years.
  • Due to the limitations of the internet and computer screen technology, the colour you see on the screen may not be a true representation of what you receive.

• How do you send out your orders?

  • Most orders are sent out Royal Mail recorded delivery, sometimes we use couriers depending upon the size, shape and weight of the order.

• How long does it take to get my order?

  • We despatch orders on average, within 3-5 working days, but this may extend during busy periods.  If your order is urgent, let us know and we will try to help.

• How long will the Vinyl Graphics last?

  • Cut vinyl graphics are supplied in 7 Year grade vinyl, in many circumstances, they can last longer.  The dependent factors are UV exposure and the quality of the installation. Printed graphics will have a reduced life, which shortens when exposed to high UV rays.  You should avoid harsh chemicals and repeated abrasion.

• Where are you located - can I pick my order up?

  • We do not offer a collection facility, as we are a purely mail order only business.

Fitting and Installation Guidance

• Can I wash my vehicle/boat after installing my vinyl graphics?

  • We advise waiting a few days before washing or waxing, preferably by hand.

• Can you provide me with fitting instructions?

  • We provide instructions with our orders, we also recommend searching you-tube so you can see how it is done.  
  • If you have not received your fitting instructions, please submit a ticket, including the name of the person who placed the order, and we will send them by return.

After Purchase

• My graphics have arrived in a roll and some of the application tape has lifted

  • Simply unroll the graphics and leave to settle in a warm room. Gently rub the tape back down gently from the centre outwards, with card/squeegee.

• Will the lettering harm the painted surface of my vehicle/boat

  • The vinyl will not harm the surface of your vehicle - the surface however must be sound - if the vehicle has had a poor quality repaint or has areas of filler, there is a small chance that if or when the vinyl is removed the paint can be removed too, due to the strength of the adhesive, this will not happen on a sound painted surface.
